There is one Evaluation Test for each subject in each term.

PROMOTION CRITERIA
PROMOTION CRITERIA FOR CLASSES 6 TO 8
- Student must score 33% Marks out of 20, i.e. 7 marks for each subject in Periodic Assessment and 33% Marks out of 80, i.e. 27 marks for each subject in Annual Examination.
- 75% attendance for the whole academic year.
- Marks of third language will not be considered for promotion.
- If a child fails only in ONE subject, he/she can be promoted.
- If a child fails in TWO or MORE subjects, results will be withheld and he/she may be promoted with Parents’ undertaking subject to` scoring Minimum Pass Mark in the Retest.
PROMOTION CRITERIA FOR CLASS 9
- Student must score 33% Marks out of 20, i.e. 7 marks for each subject in Periodic Assessment and 33% Marks out of 80, i.e. 27 marks for each subject in Annual Examination.
- 75% attendance for the whole academic year.
- If a child fails in ONE subject, he/she will be conditionally promoted with a retest and Parents’ undertaking.
- If a child fails in TWO or MORE subjects, he/she will be detained in the same class.
